Steve Mackie

Job Title: Managing Director, Chartered Financial Planner

Steve co-founded the company in 2004 and is now Managing Director. He is a Chartered Financial Planner with over 20 years experience advising private clients on all aspects of financial planning, investment strategy and tax planning.

Sam Jermy

Job Title: Director, Chartered Financial Planner

Sam has worked in the financial sector for over 24 years, gaining a wealth of experience working within investment management, stockbroking and private equity companies. He is a Chartered Financial Planner and was awarded Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society in 2018. Sam lives with his wife and two teenage sons in Brighton.

Clare Mackie

Job Title: Practice Manager

Clare has over 10 years experience in Financial Services and has worked for some top IFA firms managing their paraplanning departments. Clare now supports Steve and Sam and the rest of the admin team to help ensure the smooth running of the practice.

Julie Scutt

Job Title: Client Service Manager

Julie has worked in financial services all of her professional life, spending 29 years in the banking sector and the past 8 years working with IFAs. She provides admin support, new business administration, diary management and client review meeting preparation. Weekends will find Julie meeting up with friends and walking her dog Buster.

Keziah Batchelor

Job Title: Client Service Manager

Keziah has worked in the financial industry since leaving sixth form. She has gained her certificate in Financial Services Regulation & Ethics and is looking to progress on to her Diploma in Financial Planning. Keziah provides admin and paraplanning support. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking new foods.

Katharine Marsh

Job Title: Client Service Manager

Kat has over 13 years’ experience in the financial sector in Investment Portfolio Services & working with IFAs. She provides admin support & client review meeting preparation. Weekends will find Kat meeting up with friends, reading a good book or walking in the Sussex countryside.

Julie Welch

Job Title: Client Service Manager

Julie has over 20 years corporate experience working within sales and marketing, account management, and compliance.  She provides administrative support, diary management and client review preparation.  Julie loves exploring the footpaths of Sussex at the weekend with her dog Murray, reading a good book and playing soft ball cricket in a woman’s local league.

Benji :

Job Title: Office Mascot

This is Benji, our office mascot! Any clients visiting our office might see Benji from time to time and well behaved dogs are always welcome to come in with their owners. Benji might even share a treat with your dog!
